Ashtanga Yoga: a vigorous 75-90 minute workout for all levels! Develop strength, stamina and increased flexibility with this beautiful practice!

Rocket Yoga: Get ready to sweat with Rocket! Explore inversions, arm balances and a strong sequence linking movements to breath. Rocket 1 & 2 is for all levels with modifications provided. *Rocket 3 is recommended for those with at least 25 lessons or more under their yoga belt.

Pilates/Core: develop the deep and superficial muscles that stabilize, align and strengthen the body, especially the abdominals and muscles of the back. Perfect in combination with our yoga program.

Core & Touch Pilates: this class is founded on deep internal ‘core’ development, postural alignment and breathing techniques which allow body awareness and results to come steadily for its practitioners.

Yoga Stretch: 60 minute class to build strength and flexibility. Concentration on linking breath with static movements. Ideal for beginners, students dealing with an injury and those seeking some relaxation and stress reduction. No previous experience necessary.
